St. Joseph & Mary’s School is a Government recognized, private, unaided Educational Institution affiliated to the Council for Indian School Certificate Examinations, New Delhi (School Code : WB 042) offering both class X (ICSE) & class XII (ISC) curriculum.

School Shifts & Timings

The school has two shifts. Morning Shift (06.40 A.M. to 10.50 A.M.) & Day Shift (11.30 A.M. to 05.15 P.M.)

Weekly Day Off

The school remains closed on the Saturday and Sunday.

Morning Shift

It conducts the Pre-Primary, primary and junior sections up to classes VI.

Pre Primary: 11.30 A.M. to 01.00 P.M.
Lower Nursery: 8.00 A.M. to 11.00 A.M.
Upper Nursery & Kindergarten: 7.30 A.M. to 10.45 A.M.
Classes I – VI: 06.40 A.M. to 10.50 A.M.

Admission is offered in the following classes as per the respective age
groups:

Class I	6+

Pupils seeking admission from Pre – Nursery to Class I must produce Birth
Certificate and those seeking admission from class II onwards must
produce Transfer Certificate also from the previously attended school at
the time of admission. After scrutiny of the submitted application forms the
candidates are asked to appear for a formal interview along with their
parents. Parents are asked to contact the school office directly for the forms
and other selected enquiries.

Enquiry timing for Morning Shift (Classes Pre-N to VI):

From Monday to Friday
07.00 A.M. to 05.30 P.M. (Recess: 02.00 P.M to 03.00 P.M.)
For Saturday
11.00 A.M. to 02.00 P.M.
The school remains closed on the Sunday.

Day Shift

It conducts the Middle school, Secondary section and the Higher Secondary section from Classes VII – XII (11.30 A.M. to 05.15 P.M.)

Forms are available from the month of September for admission into classes VII to IX for the next academic session. For admission to class XI, forms are available from the month of January. Pupils seeking admission from class VII to IX must produce Birth Certificate and those seeking admission into class XI must produce the ICSE/Other Board Registration Card along with Result / Progress report of the Selection / Pre-Board Examination of the previously attended school at the time of admission.

After scrutiny of the submitted application forms the candidates are asked to appear for a formal interview along with their parents. The candidates selected for admission must produce Transfer Certificate from the previously attended school at the time of admission.
